All evening classes in both Newport and Warwick are canceled Wednesday, March 21. Any class scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. or later will not be held.

Special Events

Opening Night Reception

5:30-7:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25

A wine and cheese reception will follow the opening film, "Panique," which will be shown at 4 p.m. in the Bazarsky Lecture Hall. Refreshments will be served until 7 p.m. 

Matinee Coffee and Pastry Reception

2 p.m. Sunday, March 4

The French Confection, a patisserie located in Middletown, Rhode Island, will provide French pastries for attendees of the Sunday matinee, "Things to Come." Pastries, coffees and tea will be served at 2 p.m., with the film screening to follow promptly at 3 p.m.

Door Prizes

Three door prizes will be awarded during the festival, with one drawing on Sunday, March 4 and the second on Tuesday, March 6. Participants must be present to win.
