Department of Music
The music department at Salve Regina University fosters understanding and appreciation of a wide variety of music through study, vocal/instrumental training and performance. The music department offers a major and minor in music.
Courses are divided into three areas: Music history and theory (MSC); instrumental and vocal instruction (MSI); and performing ensembles (MSP).
Students are offered a number of performance opportunities in choral music, band, orchestra, jazz ensembles and solo recital.
