Stoneacre accommodates junior and senior students. Completed in 1885, the structure was the carriage house for the Stoneacre estate commissioned by New York banker and railroad magnate John Ellis. Designed in the Queen Anne style by William Appleton Potter, with original landscape design by Frederick Law Olmstead, the estate’s main house was razed in 1962. Salve Regina acquired the property, located on Ruggles Avenue, in 2007.
