FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Do you have off-season training? A: During the second semester, the women's soccer team competes in a few indoor tournaments. However, the primary focus is on weight-lifting, conditioning and skill development. The weight-lifting and conditioning programs are enhanced with the addition of the new Rodgers Recreation Center. Several of our student-athletes play a second sport. Q: Do you offer scholarships? A: As a member of the NCAA Division III, we adhere to the philosophy of "academics before athletics." Financial aid is offered on a need basis, no athletic scholarships are offered. However, qualified students are eligible for merit scholarships based on academics. Visit our admissions area on the web for more information about academic scholarships. Q: What is your schedule like? A: Our women's soccer schedule consists of 18 regular season games. The regular season is preceded by a week-long training session on campus. We are also planning to make a return trip to our conference tournament where the winner receives an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III National Tournament.
