You are invited as we bring the best of Newport to Salve's campus. After all, who wouldn't want to spend a summer weekend in Newport? Make it a weekend to remember by volunteering to spread the word or bring your talent to the festivities – reach out to our office to find out how!
Reunion Weekend registration opens Tuesday, Feb. 27 and closes Sunday, June 2. Register by Thursday, March 7 to have your registration included as a Day of Giving gift. Cost starts at $60 per person for the weekend, with add-on events available, such as a sail on the Adirondack II, all-class dinner, reunion brunch and on-campus housing. Each registration includes a $15 gift to Salve's University Scholarship Fund.
Included in registration:
- Shuttle to Newport on Friday and Saturday
- Welcome reception
- Campus tour
- Camp Salve activities - available for signup at check in
- Alumni block party
- Childcare on Saturday evening (ages 3-14)
- Sunday Mass
- Access to on-campus housing and add-on events for additional cost
- New Salve shield T-shirt
Live like you're back in college by staying on campus in a residence hall. Housing is available as part of your registration, making the weekend in Newport affordable for Salve alumni. Alumni are welcome to make requests for roommates and residence halls, and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee roommates and locations due to the limited availability of dorm rooms.
- Roommates cannot be assigned until all parties have confirmed payment.
- Provide the requested roommate names and class year in the comments box when registering.
- There will be boxes provided in the residence halls for key cards. Failure to return a key card will result in a $30 charge each.
Alumni Award Nominations
We welcome all alumni of all classes to nominate classmates for an alumni award. These prestigious awards will be presented by President Kelli J. Armstrong during the reunion brunch on Sunday, June 9. Awardees are chosen by past alumni award winners and esteemed staff members of Salve Regina University, respective to each award.
If you are unable to attend, please give us notice by Thursday, June 6 at 4 p.m. Requests for refunds must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow two weeks for the processing of refund requests. We appreciate your patience.
In the unlikely event that Reunion Weekend is canceled, participants will be notified and full refunds will be issued.
