Announcements and Tickets
Tickets are required for Commencement but not the Honors and Awards Ceremony or the Baccalaureate Mass. Each graduate will receive four Commencement tickets and four announcements. The announcement cannot be used to gain admission to the Commencement ceremony.
To request additional tickets, complete the Commencement RSVP form beginning Monday, Feb. 23. Requests for up to four additional tickets will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. No requests will be accepted prior to Feb. 23 and only one request will be accepted per student. Since seating is limited, your cooperation in requesting and accepting only those tickets needed is appreciated. The additional tickets reserved will be given to you at the Commencement Office when you pick up your packet.
All graduates should pick up their Commencement packets containing announcements and tickets at the Commencement Office, located in McAuley Hall, Room 001. Packets will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays from April 13-17.
Additional commemorative announcements may be purchased from Jostens by calling (800) 854-7464 or visiting www.jostens.com.
