| Built on grounds of Dr. Henry Barton Jacobs' turn-of-the-century
Whiteholme estate, this functional brick and steel, International
Modern postwar structure is at Narragansett and Ochre
Point Avenues. It is named for Salve Regina's first president
Sister M. Hilda Miley and houses students, the campus
cafeteria, the bookstore and other support services.
Numerous Oriental Maidenhair trees that can reach 120
feet are original to the former estate's landscape. |
