Education:

B.A. in communications, minor in business administration

Areas of Expertise:

I have the honor of developing and managing Salve Regina's off campus recruitment efforts. I love looking at the map as a puzzle, with all of our prospective students as the pieces we are traveling to find.

Professional Experience:

My passion for enrollment management and athletics began while I was still in college. As a tour guide, I enjoyed meeting people from all over the world and learning their stories. As a coach, it is so gratifying to see a young person set a goal and lean on their team to fulfill it. And I see my work in admissions as a true privilege as students share their stories with me in our combined effort to find the right fit college.

Personal Statement:

As you narrow down your college search, be sure you take time to see the greater community surrounding the campus. You are not just a student at the school, you are a resident of that town or city and you want to feel inspired by your surroundings. The next four years of your life are meant to not only educate your mind but also your soul.

Newport is that place for me. It's the perfect blend of natural beauty and historical significance combined with intentional progress. Where else can you surf a wave at sunrise, step into the Gilded Age in the afternoon and catch up with friends and some live music by night? My e-bike is my vehicle of choice, although I never pass up a chance to jog to my destination when I can. My friends and I believe the beach volleyball season should never end, so you may just catch us down at Easton's Beach even when the snow falls. I can't pass up a peppermint iced coffee (it's a thing, come visit and I'll treat you!) and usually am sipping one as I cheer on our island's many sports teams, including our very own Salve Seahawks. I live in Middletown with my husband Ben, our high schoolers, Easton (named after the beach!) and Beckett, Button the cat and our mini Aussie Bleu.
