Do I have to be a Marketing Major/Minor?
No. You are not required to be a Marketing Major or Minor. AMA is open to any field of study. Currently, members' majors and minors include all fields of business including Business Administration, Business Marketing, Business Finance, Business Management, and outside the business department including English/Communications, and American Studies.
Are there a lot of meetings?
No. As an AMA member there are only two meetings. One meeting to open the school year and one meeting to close. Other meetings may be held throughout the year that are open to all members, but these meetings are usually for the executive board.
Are there any class standing requirements?
No. AMA is open to all students with freshmen through senior standing, as well as to graduate students.
