ANNUAL PLAN
The SRU AMA Annual Plan is crafted each year by the Executive Board members, and sets the direction for the Chapter. Each of the Vice Presidents is charged with setting realistic objectives for his/her area of responsibility, and drafting the strategies for reaching the objectives.
The objectives are set based upon survey research implemented by the Executive Board at the Chapter’s first meeting in September. This research is used to determine member, and potential member, interests in order to create activities of interest. A summary of the Annual Plan Goals are provided below:
- Coordinate 6 Field Trip locations
- Arrange for 14 Guest Speakers
- Conduct 3 Professional Programs for Members
- Participate in 7 AMA national Competitions
