TRANSFER PROCEDURES

Transferring into Salve Regina University from another school:

• Before classes begin, you must bring a copy of your I-20 to the DSO at Salve Regina University so that they can take the top copy of your I-20 form and complete the transfer process.

Transferring to another school from Salve Regina University:

• When a university or another college has accepted you, they will send you a new I-20 and transfer form to be filled out by the international student advisor at Salve. Before you transfer, you must have this form signed and sent back to your new school.
• If you plan to go back to your home country before you begin at the new school, you will re-enter the US on the new I-20 from your new school. DO NOT re-enter on your Salve I-20 if you are no longer attending school here.
