Senior Challenge

Did you know that tuition only covers about 75 percent of the cost to attend Salve Regina? Outside resources - including donations from alumni, parents and community members - make up the rest, keeping the cost of tuition down and providing much-needed scholarship support to students.

Each year, as they are poised to become the University's newest graduates, members of the senior class are invited to join thousands of other alumni in giving back and supporting their alma mater.

The Senior Challenge campaign gives graduating seniors the chance to join together and make a class gift in support of the University. Gifts can be designated toward any specific area, including scholarships, athletics, study abroad or specific majors.

Why should seniors give?

If each senior gave just $10, the Senior Challenge campaign would raise about $5,000 for Salve Regina. For less than the cost of a night on the town, seniors can make a lasting mark on their alma mater.

I was absolutely thrilled by the success of our Senior Challenge. Coming from the largest class to graduate from Salve Regina, we had a terrific participation rate and I felt that our class showed a great deal of support and enthusiasm for fundraising.
