Like all great universities, Salve Regina depends upon annual financial support from alumni, parents and friends to continue its central mission of preparing men and women to lead responsible lives. To foster meaningful giving opportunities, several Annual Giving programs are available to help meet student and university needs.
Each year, Salve Regina's Annual Fund continues to thrive, thanks to the generous support of alumni, parents, and friends. The Annual Fund serves as the "nuts and bolts" for financing the university's greatest needs. Annual Fund support ensures the future of Salve Regina by providing funds for students, faculty, programs, facilities and technology.

The Annual Fund phonathon program is an excellent means of keeping in touch with our alumni and current parents. Salve Regina's phonathon team is staffed by work-study students who directly benefit from Annual Fund dollars. The phonathon callers work hard to help the university reach its fundraising goals.
This year, the Class of '83 will celebrate the Silver Anniversary Fund, commemorating their 25th Reunion. The Silver Anniversary Fund will benefit the McKillop Library Endowment Fund.
The Class of 1951, Salve Regina's first graduation class, celebrated their milestone reunion in June 2001 and presented the university with the "Pioneer Class of '51 Scholarship Fund." Today the Pioneer Scholarship is awarded annually to a senior student who embodies the mission of Salve Regina academically, spiritually and socially.
When the Class of 1952 celebrated their golden reunion, they commemorated the occasion by establishing the Salve Regina University 50th Anniversary Endowed Scholarship Fund. This new tradition of giving has continued with the classes of 1953 through 1959 and the fund is on its way to becoming a significant resource for scholarship support.
The 50th Anniversary Scholarship is awarded annually to a junior or senior student who exemplifies commitment to the Salve Regina University community through involvement in one or more of the following areas: student government, clubs/activities, athletics, or community service. This student will truly carry the Salve Regina spirit beyond graduation and remain a loyal and involved alumna/us.
The Wakehurst Wall of Fame commemorates one of Salve Regina's newest traditions, the Senior Challenge program. Students join together in their senior year to pledge a significant gift to the university. Begun with the Class of 1998, this program demonstrates the spirit of generosity and commitment among recent graduates.

The Loyalty Circle recognizes graduates who have had 10 or more years of cumulative giving including the current fund year. Consider joining this growing group of over 1,400 loyal alumni by saying "yes" each and every year.
Young alumni donors are also recognized through the G.O.L.D. Club. All underGraduates of the Last Decade are recognized for their contributions of $100 or more.
