How to Register
You can register online using one of the following methods:
- Fill in an electronic FORM to
send your registration over the web.
- PRINT
a form and fax or mail a registration.
OR
You may register for online courses in the Office of the Registrar,
McAuley 205

Payment Arrangements
Students may pay by mail or in person. Checks and money orders
must be in U.S. dollars, payable to Salve Regina University. Postdated
checks are not acepted. The University also accepts Visa and MasterCard
payments, which can be paid by phone or through our secure online
registration form.
All online courses must be paid in full at
the time of registration,
except in cases of military tuition assistance, employer tuition
rembursement, or financial aid.
Tuition Assistance
If using a Tuition Assistance form, please submit TA form with
registration. The student's portion of the payment and the $40
registration fee must accompany the registration.
Tuition Reimbursement
To be eligible, students must complete each semester a Tuition
Reimbursement Agreement, provide a credit card valid through
the final installment date authorizing the University to charge
their card on or after the installment due date, and proved a reimbursement
authorization letter/tuition assistance form. Students must also
provide a letter outlining the reimbursement agency's policy for
reimbursement. If the agency does not pay 100% of tuition and fees,
the student must pay the uncovered portion upon registration.
Financial Aid
If using financial aid, students must register for at least 2 courses
per semester. Please make sure your financial aid packet is complete
and ready before submitting the registration form. Contact the Financial
Aid office for further information.
Registration Tips
- The $40 registration fee only applies to the first course per
semester. If you register for additional courses later in the same
semester, the fee will not apply.
- DO NOT include payment for books with your registration. Books
must be ordered directly from the bookstore (401) 847-9086 or online
at www.salve.bkstr.com
