Collaborative Partners

Pell Center Collaborative Partners involve organizations and programs that directly support the five major themes around which Center activities are organized:

  • Applying multilateral solutions to international problems
  • Examining the influences and consequences of globalization
  • Responding to the changed nature of security
  • Enabling global resource stewardship and environmental protection
  • Supporting the arts, humanities and education

Collaborative partnerships range from formal letters of understanding regarding ongoing seminar exchanges and working agenda (such as with the United Nations Environment Programme), continuing partnerships on issues of common inquiry (such as with the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University), promoting the arts, humanities and education (such as with the Newport International Film Festival) , and programs deserving wider recognition (such as with the International Raoul Wallenberg Foundation).
