Lieutenant Commander Errol Henriques has served for the past 13 years in the U.S. Navys Judge Advocate Generals Corps and is a licensed attorney admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. An operational planner whose focus is Rules of Engagement and international law, Lieutenant Commander Henriques has served multiple overseas tours in the western Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East and has participated in Operations Southern Watch, Southwest Asia Maritime Interdiction, Enduring Freedom, and most recently Iraqi Freedom. Lieutenant Commander Henriques currently teaches Operational Law and Naval Warfare at the United States Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.
