Orientation for Families and Supporters
We view our relationship with families as a partnership to help every student succeed. Our orientation for families and supporters is designed to give you the information and resources you need to support your student during their critical first year.
Hosted by the Office of Student Engagement and other campus partners, the day will include helpful sessions designed to welcome you to Salve, answer your questions and prepare you and your student for the college experience.
Programming isn't mandatory, but you're strongly encouraged to participate. During orientation, you can attend information sessions and a resource fair, help your student move in to their residence hall, and attend a social along with our traditional welcome and blessing ceremony.
Students are billed a $335 fee for New Seahawk Orientation. As part of this fee, they may bring up to two guests to participate in orientation.
