RESIDENTIAL LIFE STAFF Resident and professional staff work hard to develop and maintain a sense of community on campus. Each of our staff plays a role in the development of community as well as the residential disciplinary process. Please direct general questions to the main office line at: (401) 341-2210 Professional Staff Dennis DelGizzo Joseph A. Lomastro Edward Burnett Ann Arsenault Nichole R. Girouard Kelly Willette Student Staff The RAs The resident assistant (RA) is usually the first staff member that new students meet. Each RA is assigned to a floor/house/wing with between 15 to 40 residents. RAs are students themselves, but they also serve as the live-in staff persons with whom residents will have the most frequent contact. They are expected to get to know all of their residents and to serve as informational resources and peer counselors. RAs are responsible for providing educational, cultural and social programming for all residents as well as enforcing community standards and university policy.
