ROOM DRAW The Ins and Outs of the Room Draw | Frequently Asked Questions | Roommate Wanted
Choosing the right roommate is an important piece of your overall college experience – so choose wisely. First, think about who you are and what you have to offer. Think about how you would like people to treat you and begin by doing the same. Also remember that if it doesn’t work out, it’s not the end of the world. Your roommate does not need to define your college experience but can contribute to shaping it. If you feel that your efforts to communicate your concerns with your roommate have not been successful, contact your RA. Resident Assistants are trained to help roommates develop compatible strategies for co-existing. Never be afraid to ask for help.
