Faculty members who would like software installed in the University Computer Labs or technology classrooms please complete this form.
Any software requested after the due dates may not be honored and may not function in the lab environment due to security and protection on all computers. The computer labs will not remove security and protection features for late requests. Please include any plug-ins or related software for viewing videos at particular Web sites.
PC labs operate with Windows XP. Software incompatible with this operating system may not function. Faculty members are advised to either purchase an upgrade to software, or seek out new software products.
The Mac lab operates with OS 10.5.4. Software request should be OS X compatible. Faculty members are advised to either purchase an upgrade to software, or seek out new software products.
If your software is already active in the labs, fill out this form for version changes or upgrades to your software. Current software will otherwise remain for the spring semester if requested in the fall semester. Software must be properly licensed and purchased for installation. Please read the form carefully. Provide all information possible and complete by clicking the "Submit Request" button. Please test your software in the lab environment well before classroom use to ensure proper performance and to allow time for adjustments.
