VOICE MAIL

Logging In:

Logging in means accessing your mailbox in the Meridian Mail system so that you can play you messages and use all the other Meridian Mail features. Mailbox Set-Up

To activate your mailbox, you must complete all of the following steps:

1. From your own phone, dial 2949 or press the message button.
2. When prompted, enter you password, then press the # key. Your temporary password is your extension number. To maintain privacy, change the password immediately.
3. The system tutorial will begin to guide you through changing your password and recording your presonal greeting.

Checking Messages

To log in and check your messages from... Your own Phone: Dial 2949 or press the message button. When prompted, enter your password, followed by the # key

From Another Phone in Salve Regina
Dial 2949 or press the message button. Press* key and enter your voicemail box number, followed by the # key. When prompted, enter your password followed by the # key.

From Outside of Salve Regina:
Dial 341-2949. Dial your extension number, followed by the # key. When prompted dial your password followed by the # key.

Message Commands
Play the Message - Press 1
Save the Message - Press 2
Delete the Message - Press 3
To Advance message - Press 9
To rewind messave - Press 7
