REQUEST FOR SERVICE

The Telecommunications Department provides repair service for all end user telephone equipment purchased by us. Our technician will come to you and either repair or replace your broken equipment on the spot. In most cases, we complete repairs to telephones within one (1) working day. Before you call in a repair, please be sure that the:

  • Telephone is plugged in properly.
  • Cords are secured appropriately.
  • Number buttons are in the “up” position and not stuck.

Common problems which we can fix:

  • Keypads that sound “scratchy” or “crackle” when dialing,
  • Handsets that are broken,
  • Handsets that have static in them,
  • And keypad numbers that don’t work.

To call in a repair at Salve Regina, call the help-line at ext. 3333 during regular business hours. Please have the following information available:

  • Your name,
  • The extension number of the broken telephone,
  • A brief description of the problem,
  • And a telephone number where you can be reached if the extension if out of service.
