PURPOSE

The Telecommunications Department provides and maintains voice services to Staff, Faculty and Administrators at Salve Regina University. Some of the services include long distance, facsimile, and voice mail. The Telecommunications Department is located on the second floor of the Munroe Center, Room 203. Consultants are available Monday through Friday 8 a.m - 5 p.m. Some services of the Telecommunications Department include:

  • On-campus, local, domestic, and international calling.
  • Voice messaging and automated attendants.
  • Switchboard and information service.
  • A trouble ticket form to fill out on-line so a technician can repair your phone or phone line.
