POLICIES Repair Policies You are entitled to service should your phone default. Services include all repairs of wires or jacks in your room and the replacement of any equipment. This is a free service if the equipment is faulty. You may request service by calling the Telecommunications repair hotline, extension 3333, or by filling out a form on-line at inside.salve.edu/tele. Telephone Harassment Threatening, abusive, obscene or anonymous telephone calls constitute, telephone harassment. Placing harassing telephone calls violates University guidelines and is a crime under the federal and state laws. Persons placing such calls are subject to fines, imprisonment, and/or University issues sanctions.
