Who takes care of my laptop if it isn’t working properly?

Your laptop is covered by a four-year warranty. This program provides coverage for accidental damage including drops/falls, an electrical surge, or spills. You can bring your laptop to the IT Student Laptop Support Center (McKillop Library, Room 008) to have it diagnosed and/or repaired. If your laptop needs to stay overnight for re-imaging or to be sent out for warranty repair, we will give you a loaner laptop to use while yours is being repaired.
