All verification materials including signed Federal tax returns and W2's (All new students, first time applicants, and all selected returning students) Salve Regina University has contracted the services of the College Board's Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC). You will receive a cover letter and instructions directly from the College Board and you will be required to mail those requested materials back to the College Board along with the cover letter. IDOC materials requested may include tax returns, W-2s, Business/Farm Supplements. Can't find your IDOC Request? 08/09 In addition, we may request that you send certain information directly to the Office of Financial Aid. These documents may include Recommended Lender Forms, Master Promissory Notes, divorce decrees/separation statements, Non-Custodial Parent Statements, etc. Any requests you receive from our office will detail where to send particular forms. To avoid late fees: Arrangements for Alternative Loans, Tuition Management System Payments, and PLUS Loans should be in place by August 1st. Salve Regina has a limited amount of resources available for financial assistance. Therefore, we use several factors as a basis for awarding. While we strive to make a Salve Regina education affordable for our students, late applicants should expect a reduction in grant funding.
