SERVICES FOR PARENTS CAREER SERVICES ON-LINE (CSO) Career Services On-line (CSO) is a comprehensive career services tool that is available to your student upon acceptance to the University. CSO is a password protected, web-based system that allows students to search internships, federal work-study and full and part-time employment opportunities from any computer with internet access twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Additionally, students can review a listing of career events which include career fairs, van trips, on-campus recruiting and interviewing opportunities. Students are able to RSVP electronically to many of these events. Resumes and cover letters can be uploaded for review by our career counselors. The job agent function is a great tool that can be utilized to send automated emails when jobs are posted that meet the student’s criteria. The registration process for our Annual Career Fair, usually held during the last week of March, is coordinated through CSO. Students are able to access attending organization information as soon as their registrations are processed and can begin researching employers and their opportunities months in advance of the Career Fair.
