TUITION AND FEES
Student Financial Responsibility
The student, as a condition of being an enrolled student at Salve Regina University is responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the timely payment of all charges in accordance with the university billing policy.
- Ensuring that all documentation is submitted in a timely fashion to the financial aid office to enable timely disbursement of scholarships, grants, and loans.
- Ensuring that the business office has the most up to date billing address on file. Click here for change of address form [html | pdf]
- Ensuring the timely notification of the financial aid and business offices of any outside financial assistance (local scholarships) to be received on the student's behalf.
- Notify the academic advising/registrar's office immediately of any course or university withdrawal. There are financial consequences for failure to notify.
- Notify the business office if the student does not receive a bill by July 15 (fall semester) and December 8 (spring semester).
If the student does not ensure timely payment for all tuition, room/board (if applicable), and fees, the university reserves the right to do the following:
Tuition and General Fees (Fall and Spring Semester)
The university and the Board of Trustees reserve the right to revise general or specific fees to reflect economic conditions. The following schedule of tuition and fees is effective for the 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 academic year.
