Salve Regina students have access to “Do What You Are,” an online self-assessment tool that lets them tap into the theory of personality type as they explore majors and careers. By working closely with a career adviser, students can ideally use this instrument to better understand and apply some of their own natural styles and strengths in their career decision-making.
