The Registration fee includes the reception on October 23, box lunches on October 23 and 24, and refreshments.  This fee does not include the two optional tours on Saturday, October 25.

The Aquidneck Island’s Rural Retreats Tour and the Newport’s Urban Treasures Tour are limited to 20 each.  Participants should indicate their desire to attend either tour on the registration form and add the additional cost to their total.

The Student Registration rate is available to students currently enrolled in a full-time graduate or undergraduate program.  This fee includes the box lunches, refreshments and the reception, but not the Saturday afternoon tours.  Students may indicate their desire to attend either tour on the registration form and add the additional cost to their total.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by August 15th.  Cancellations received between August 15th and September 15th are subject to a $50 service charge.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 15th.
