REGISTRATION INFORMATION The Registration fee includes a reception and dinner on September 29, a reception on September 30, the two walking tours, box lunches and refreshments. This fee does not include the optional tour on Saturday, October 1. Members of the Preservation Society of Newport County may inquire about a special discount on the conference registration. The walking tour of Historic Newport (Friday, September 30) is limited to the 36 on a first come first serve basis. Participants should indicate their desire to attend this tour on the registration form. The optional Mansion Tour is limited to 25. Participants should indicate their desire to attend this tour on the registration form and add the additional cost to their total. The Student Registration rate is available to students currently enrolled in a full-time graduate or undergraduate program. This fee includes the walking tours, box lunches and refreshments but not the receptions or dinner. The Single Day Registration rate is available to those wishing to attend only one day of the conference. This fee includes a box lunch and any walking tour offered that day but not the dinner or receptions. Cancellation Policy Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by August 15th. Cancellations received between
August 15th and September 1st are subject to a $50 service charge. No refunds will be made for
