2. Submit the additional required materials (listed below) via MAIL to Graduate Studies & Continuing Education, Salve Regina University, 100 Ochre Point Ave., Newport, RI 02840. Letters of recommendation may be emailed to Karen Johnson (johnsoke@salve.edu) but should be followed up with a signed hard copy by mail.

If you do not wish to apply online, a PDF (Adobe Portable Document) version of the application is available that can be printed and mailed (along with the additional required materials) to the office of Graduate Studies and Continuing Education.

You may request a copy of the application to be mailed to you by calling (401) 341-2153.

All candidates must furnish the following:

• Completed application with the non-refundable $25.00 application fee
• Official transcripts from all degree-granting institutions
• A one page, word processed personal statement discussing your decision to return to school
• Two (2) letters of recommendation from individuals who are positioned to evaluate the applicant's academic ability and commitment to program requirements.
