Announcements & Tickets
All graduating students will need to pick up their Commencement packets containing announcements and tickets at the Commencement Office in McAuley 203 between April 1 and 17 (weekdays) from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Tickets are not needed for the Honors and Awards ceremony on Saturday morning or for the Baccalaureate Mass on Saturday afternoon.
Tickets are required for admission to Commencement on Sunday, May 17. Each graduate is given six (6) tickets and four (4) announcements. The announcement cannot be used to gain admission to the Commencement ceremony.
If you need additional tickets, please contact Donna Cook at (401) 341-2162 or by e-mail at commencement@salve.edu immediately, as extra tickets are limited and reserved quickly. Requests for up to six additional tickets will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis until all tickets have been distributed.
Since seating is limited, your cooperation in requesting and accepting only those tickets needed is appreciated. The additional tickets reserved will be given to you at the Commencement Office when you pick up your packet between April 1 and 17.
