GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS The University would like to accommodate your family members with special needs in the most helpful and efficient way possible. If you have a family member or guest with special needs who will be attending any of the Commencement events, please complete the request form on the Commencement Activities RSVP form enclosed with this booklet. This will ensure that all necessary arrangements are made prior to the Commencement events. The drop-off area for guests with special needs and their escorts is located on the east side of Ochre Point Avenue, at the O'Hare Academic Center parking area. This area is for drop-off ONLY. A section in the tent will be designated to accommodate wheelchair guests and their escorts. Please ask them to arrive by 9 am so that your guests are seated before the Academic Procession begins at 9:15 am.
