Certificates in Holistic Leadership

Our four-course certificates in holistic leadership are designed for individuals who wish to study holistic approaches to leadership, with an emphasis on helping skills, organizational learning and systems thinking.

Our Program

Our certificate programs provide advanced applied academic and/or professional training in a 12-credit format. The Certificate of Graduate Studies is designed for students who are seeking continued professional development without the format pursuit of a master’s degree, while the Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies is a post-master’s program.

In addition to the certificate in holistic leadership, we offer a certificate in holistic leadership and change management. Courses are offered in the evenings at our Newport campus, with select courses also offered online.

Program Spotlight: Doing the Work

During our recent reunion and celebration for the holistic leadership program, participants were asked to share how they are using integrative leadership in their field by answering the question: How are you doing the work?

I am doing the work by being a career counselor. I love to help the students that I’m working with identify their strengths, interests and values and make connections with them so that they can bring those skills to the world. More than anything I feel that I’m a relationship builder.
