We work holistically with students to design a meaningful college experience and to foster their academic, personal and professional development.

Who We Are
The Center for Advising, Career and Life Design team supports students as they shape their college experience and plan their post-Salve pathway. Our work is integrated into students' educational journeys, allowing them to engage with our team individually and in cohort experiences throughout their existing curriculum.
Our team includes Compass advisors, First Year Studio instructors, career coaches and exploratory and transfer advisors.
The Salve Compass
A four-year experiential framework connecting college to career, the Salve Compass program provides intentional and transformational programming that prepares students to lead successful and impactful lives. The program integrates academic and co-curricular experiences with a whole-person emphasis, equipping students with the adaptive resilience necessary to navigate today's job market.
