Coach Jennifer Eldridge - Women's Lacrosse
Jennifer Eldridge, a former Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the Year in field hockey, graduated from Bryant College where she helped the Bulldogs to consecutive appearances in the NCAA Division II Final Four (2002, 2003). She was an NFHCA Division II Academic Team selection in addition to earning the Northeast 10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll Gold Scholar. Before starting as defensive midfielder with Bryant, Eldridge starred on offense for Nichols College where she finished third on the team in both goals and points. She was also an NFHCA Division III Academic Team selection for the Bison. Eldridge most recently worked with PUMA North America, Inc., as a customer service representative and training specialist. Her experience there resulted in promotions for several of her trainees. In her work with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats Minor League Baseball Club, Eldridge organized clinics and coordinated players, coaches, and over 800 participants. Assistant Coach - Women's Lacrosse Katya Outwater, who received her baccalaureate in childhood education from Elmira College, played four seasons as a midfielder with the Soaring Eagles. She graduated as the number one career points leader and goal scorer at Elmira. In her four years with the Soaring Eagles, Outwater recorded over 200 career points and scored 166 career goals. The Empire 8 Player of the Year as a sophomore, Outwater was also recognized by the conference for her efforts all four seasons by being named to the all-conference team each year. As a junior, she broke the team record for goals in a season (56). As captain her senior year, Outwater earned New York State Women's Collegiate Athletic Association (NYSWCAA) second team honors. Currently working for a law firm full-time, Outwater has served as an instructor at lacrosse camps at Mount Anthony Union High School and Elmira College. She earned the Elmira College Coach's Award for strong leadership, team sacrifice, and versatile playing style. |
