| Welcome to the Salve Regina University web pages for sports medicine. The athletic training room (ATR) is for the use of all student-athletes in the Salve Regina University community. Services such as prevention of athletic injuries, evaluation of athletic injuries, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries will be offered. These services will be offered by certified and licensed athletic trainers. Treatments and rehabilitations will be conducted in the ATR by appointments. Appointments can be made either through sign-ups or through speaking to an athletic trainer. The ATR will be open 1 1/2 hours before game with an athletic trainer covering the event at the location of the game 30-45 minutes before, unless otherwise specified by the athletic trainer.
