Through various services and programs outlining the University’s
academic expectations and its academic and developmental resources, the Office
of First Year and Exploratory Programs provides support for first-year and
transfer students as they matriculate into Salve Regina. Programs such as the New
Student Seminar and Student Mentor Program help to enhance students’ academic
performance, support their path to graduation and introduce them to the
University mission, which is grounded in the traditions of the Sisters of
Mercy.
