All transcript requests must be submitted using the official transcript request form. Due to privacy issues, the office is unable to accept requests via e-mail. Transcript requests must be personally signed by the student.
Official transcripts cost $5 per copy and are processed in five to six working days. For 48-hour service via the U.S. Postal Service or fax, the cost is $10. If special handling is necessary, contact the Office of the Registrar at (401) 341-2943.

Transcript request forms may be sent to the registrar via:
- U.S. Postal Service: Include a check for payment or make your credit card payment online and mail to the Office of the Registrar, Salve Regina University, 100 Ochre Point Ave., Newport, RI 02840.
- Fax: Make your credit card payment online and fax to (401) 341-2996.
- In person: Submit the form to the Office of the Registrar in McAuley Hall, Room 205 and pay with cash or check.
