Faculty members who wish to utilize technology in the classroom and would like software installed in labs, classrooms or other locations (laptop carts, lecture halls) should complete this form.
- May 15 for summer sessions
- June 1 for the fall semester
- Dec. 20 for the spring semester
Software requests submitted after the deadline may not be honored and may not function due to security and protection on all computers. User Support Services will not remove security and protection features for late requests. Please include and send the URL (http://address) for any plug-ins or related software for accessing content (such as video and audio) at particular websites.
PC users: PC labs and classrooms operate with Windows 7. Software incompatible with this operating system may not function. Faculty members are advised to either purchase a software upgrade or seek out new software products.
Mac users: Mac labs and classrooms operate with OS X 10.7. Software incompatible with this operating system may not function. Faculty members are advised to either purchase a software upgrade or seek out new software products.
If the software is already active in the labs, submit this form for version changes or upgrades to the software. Software requested for the fall will remain for the spring semester. Software must be properly licensed and purchased for installation.
Faculty members should test the software in the environment well before classroom use to ensure proper performance and to allow time for adjustments.
