Business Office

The Business Office serves the Salve Regina community in the areas of accounting and business services, financial reporting, payroll and student-related finance issues. In addition, the office oversees treasury functions and policies, procedures and insurance programs to help safeguard the University's assets, and ensures proper use of the University's financial resources.

Online Student Account Access

My Salve, a secured Web environment custom-designed for use by students, faculty and staff, includes applications and Web pages that provide access to University data sources and network resources. My Information, an application that interfaces with the University's student information system, allows students to access their past and present course schedules, grades, enrollment history, GPA and financial information.

Calendar of Key Dates

Fall 2012 Semester

• Late June - Fall semester bills mailed.
• Aug. 1 - Fall semester payment due.
• Aug. 15 - All balances paid after this date are subject to late payment fees.
• Sept. 5 - Fall semester begins; last date to purchase tuition refund insurance for fall.

Spring 2013 Semester

• Late November - Spring semester bills mailed.
• Dec. 15 - Spring semester payment due.
• Jan. 4 - All balances paid after this date are subject to late payment fees.
• Jan. 22 - Spring semester begins; last date to purchase tuition refund insurance for spring. Last date for part-time students to purchase health insurance.
• March 1 - Financial aid application deadline.
• April 1 - Enrollment reservation agreement/payment deadline.
• May 1 - Last date to request refund of incoming admissions deposit and enrollment reservation payment.
