Salve Regina University’s 60th Anniversary Celebration (Sept. 2007 - Sept. 2008) is structured around an examination of Mercy through four critical needs of our time including the practice of non-violence, responses to racism, sustainability of life through the fundamental right to water, and embracing concerns for women and immigrants. These themes offer a variety of angles through which the University community may approach the concept of Mercy in relation to domestic and world affairs. These events and programs highlight the best attributes of the Salve Regina community in terms of student life, athletics and alumni relations.
